ORDERS

How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:
Click on the ‘Cart button’ and proceed to Checkout
Enter all your required shipping and billing information
Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method
Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for automated confirmation mail.
You will also receive an automated confirmation call.
If not confirmed via call, we will send a confirmation message via Whatsapp.
Once confirmed your order will be processed ahead

How to select my size

Please check size guide mentioned under each product on website, it’s 99% accurate and please
message our customer service team on Whatsapp, if you are unable to select which size would fit you, our
team will guide you accordingly.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Generally, our team do a confirmation call or whatsapp message within 24 hours of order placement,
kindly keep your number active. If you donot recieve any call leave us an email at

Do you take orders over phone call or message?

Sorry, we cannot take over phone call or through messenger, all orders are placed via our website

Why my order is cancelled?

Sorry that your order is cancelled but we had to cancel it because we couldn't get in touch with you using
any channel of communication.
If you have received any confirmation of your order, please share it with us by email. Our team will work to
resolve the issue as soon as possible

DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Local order delivery for Karachi can take between 3-4 working days, for other cities 7-8
days and International delivery can take between 10-12 working days (after payment
approval), depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed only
after confirmation. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment
authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or
source to process the order.

How do I check the delivery status?

Orders can be track easily from our website or via getting in touch with CS team on
whatsapp.
On website tracking: enter your order ID with email and track your order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address,
country and area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed
attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us

Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?

It is only possible to change the address of a processed order before it has been
dispatched.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I exchange my order?

Orders can be exchanged if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect or size issue. Unfortunately we do not offer Article(s) Exchange or Return unless there is an issue in the order mentioned above

Are there any additional charges on exchange?

We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged
or incorrect article.
If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, but by mistake
customer placed order for wrong size, then the customer will bear the expense of sending
us the article(s) back as well as delivery charges will be applied on the exchange parcel.

How long will the exchange process take?

It usually takes 10-15 days to complete the online exchange process.

Important Note: If our team is unable to establish contact with you for an exchange order,
for any reason from your side, then your exchange request will be automatically closed on
the third day of your exchange request generation.
Please keep your parcel ready beforehand for a seamless swap proces

What if my order amount changes due to exchange products?

Customer is required to place exchange order equal or above to the amount of original
order, if there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange. In cases where the
exchange order value is above original order value, you can pay in cash at the time of
deliver
