DEFECTED or DAMAGED ITEM

Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and
has no defects. And report within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Zoya Hussain does not provide "refunds" or offer a "money-back guarantee" for
    purchased items.
  • Customers who make payments via Bank Transfer have the option to request a
    cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order. We will refund back the payment
    in 1-2 working days.
  • Any advance payment made for custom orders is non-refundable.

ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE

The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our given address in the
same packaging, tagged and same condition.
• Delivery charges apply on exchange.
• Return and exchange end-to-end process takes 15 – 20 days.
• If the item is to be sent by the customer to the warehouse, delivery charges are to be paid
by the customer.
• Please note that no return, no exchange on sale items

Please note that Zoya Hussain reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but
not limited to:
1. If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
2. In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
