We do size exchanges! Read the process & conditions below:

Defective item: Email us at zoyahussainnco@gmail.com with the pictures showing the
defect, we will offer you an exchange of the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is
our utmost priority.

Size Exchange Conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Size exchanges are not applicable on sale items
• One-time exchange only. You can purchase a product of the same value; no cash
  refunds or vouchers will be provided.
• If you have applied any discount during your online purchase, the item will be
  exchanged at the same discounted price.
• The product should be in unused condition with the tag intact and all additional items
  included.
• The item must be odorless.
• If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.
• Non-compliant items will be shipped back to you

Process for Size Exchange

Send us an email at zoyahussainnco@gmail.com mentioning the reason for the exchange
with the order number, and in reply we will send you our address for sending the return
parcel, once you get the address you can send the exchange item in the same packaging,
tagged and same condition. Kindly mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME, CONTACT
NUMBER on the return package.


For Size Exchange for International Orders:

If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of
receiving the item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back and with receiving the new item
